This notice serves as a formal demand that all individuals, groups, organizations, or entities immediately cease and desist from any and all unauthorized use of my name, likeness, personal information, or identity.

I am not affiliated with any entertainment group, production company, media project, or management entity. I have not granted permission to anyone to represent me, speak on my behalf, or imply any professional association. Any person or entity making such claims is acting without consent and engaging in misrepresentation.

Furthermore, any attempts to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with my personal autonomy, safety, or public image—including fabricating affiliations, obstructing communication, or circulating false narratives—are unacceptable and may constitute violations of civil and human rights.

I am actively documenting all incidents involving:

• Unauthorized representation or impersonation
• Misuse of my identity or personal information
• Interference with my communications or public activities
• Any conduct intended to intimidate, silence, or exploit

My campaign is dedicated to exposing modern forms of exploitation, coercion, and abuse that disproportionately impact communities of color. This includes raising awareness about patterns of disappearance, systemic neglect, and the failures that leave families without answers. My work is supported by documentation, evidence, and ongoing community engagement.

You are hereby directed to:

• Cease all unauthorized claims of representation
• Cease all attempts to associate my name with any production or entertainment activity
• Cease all interference with my personal, digital, or public activities
• Cease all dissemination of false, misleading, or harmful information

Failure to comply with this notice may result in the pursuit of all remedies available under applicable law.

My rights to privacy, safety, dignity, and self‑determination are non‑negotiable. This notice is effective immediately.
